"Like, my friend Pearl became human for a week, after she died, and uh...Scott suffered a consequence too." Stiles probably shouldn't mention that, mainly because of the whole 'Peter' thing, but the fact remains that Scott did suffer a consequence. Maybe Derek did get lucky.
