[Really, Derek is putting a lot of trust into him; considering how weird Stiles can be about some things he eats, saying he'd eat it however Stiles does is a risk. Still, luckily for Derek, he isn't that weird when it comes to this.
He turns them over now and again with a fork, working on getting them nice and cooked, with only a tiny bit of char--nothing too serious.
After a few minutes he takes them off the heat, putting it down on a plate.]
Well, eat up.
[It's only after he makes them he realizes that he probably should have made more than two. Well, he can always make more.]
[ 10% trust into Stiles making something actually edible. 90% disinterest because he’ll eat the thing even if it does turn out to be an otherwise inedible object. Waste not, want not. Honestly, he’s seen people eat cereal with ketchup; a little burn will not destroy a sausage for him.
Speaking of food, Derek wastes no time in throwing Stiles an appreciative nod before picking his designated sausage up with his fingers. And then he promptly devours it. Werewolf eating habits, manners are optional and 'wolfing it down' is more than a figurative expression. ]
[ And there's an awkward, out of place nod. It's a talent of his really, questioning things when they're actually going well and messing everything up in the process. ]
[ That is the question, isn't it? What else is there to really say? Well, extended conversation or not, Derek will hang around for a little longer before finally excusing himself. It's not as though he has anything else to do with his free time. ]
